Welcome To The Homepage For Wrestlers
This page is dedicated to Dan Gable for his commitment to the sport of wrestling Wrestlers of the world need to unite to bring
popularity back to the sport of wrestling.
During the mid and late 1970's high schools and
colleges all over the united states began dropping
their wrestling programs because they wanted all
of their funding for sports like football. Talk
to your athletic director and see if your school
ever had a wrestling program. You may be
surprised at what you find out.

In the 1998-99 Season we took three wrestlers
to the state tournament and all three placed.
Tim Cotner placed 7th in the 135 lb. weight class,
Nick Minard won the 3rd place medal at 103 lbs.,
While Garett Romele, who has been to state twice
before, took 2nd place. Colby Community College
in Colby,Ks. won nationals for their region with
the help of former R.R.H.S student Chris "Kansas"
Smith.

given all wrestlers in southern Oregon a goal to
try to achieve. Not just anyone can make the
United States Olympic Wrestling Team. You have
to train hard even in the off-season. If you
never make it past high school wrestling then
you have still proven that you have the balls to
do what you will never see a "pumpkin pusher" do;
get on the mat and kick some ass. e-mail me and
I will get back to you to let you know some
up-dated facts about wrestling.
